which Friends rate you require. Click 'process form', print out
the resulting form and send it with payment to Progress Educational
Trust.

Individuals
and voluntary organisations should use this form. If you would
like your organisation to become a Corporate Friend of PET, this
costs £200 for commercial organisations and £100 for
NHS or other public sector institutions. This entitles up to five
staff to attend all PET conferences and events at a half price
rate.
