The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) is currently reviewing how best donors, donor-conceived people and others affected by donation can be supported in the future. To help with this, the HFEA has launched a questionnaire that aims to gain insights into what people who may access post-donation support services want or need from those services.

The questionnaire is available via this Survey Monkey link, and will be open for six weeks.
