German Justice Minister Marco Buschmann said a proposal for legalising egg donation would enter the Bundestag ahead of elections next year, the Local newspaper reported.
The coalition agreement signed in 2021 between the current ruling parties had committed to examining regulations surrounding abortion as well as options for legalising egg donation and altruistic surrogacy.
