Laura Savio Foster

PET Trustee

Laura Savio Foster is a Trustee at the Progress Educational Trust (PET). Until very recently she was Group Finance Director – Operations at the PGA European Tour Group, where she oversaw Finance Operations, Treasury and Group Financial Control. At the PGA European Tour Group, she has been instrumental in enhancing financial strategy and operational excellence. Her leadership was pivotal in the successful execution of the Ryder Cup in Rome in 2023, ensuring financial sustainability and operational effectiveness at one of golf's most prestigious global events. She is currently on a short career break.

With previous roles at John Lewis plc, Transport for London, Network Rail and Delta Air Lines, Laura brings extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and business transformation. She is a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant, actively engaged in leadership development, Environmental, Social and Governance, diversity in sports, and non-executive director pathways. Fluent in English and Italian, she is passionate about driving innovation in finance and supporting the continued growth of diverse businesses.
