Sarah Norcross, director of the Progress Educational Trust (PET), said:  

It is distressing to see products and services of dubious value being sold at exorbitant prices. This could be considered exploitative. 

However PET understands that the organisers have been working hard to reduce the number of "bad apples" among the exhibitors for this year and we hope to see an improved exhibition.
