Media coverage of the data produced by the PET Fertility Policy Tracker continued with an item on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour. This followed up on the articles in the Financial Times, and the Guardian.
Sarah Norcross, director of PET (Progress Educational Trust) spoke to Woman's Hour presenter Nuala McGovern about the postcode lottery for IVF.
As well as highlighting the downturn in state-funded treatment across England, Sarah also referred to the very different approach which is being taken in France this week.
President Macron has backed an initiative which includes sending a letter to all 29-year-olds in France, encouraging them to think about when they will have children. See BioNews for more details on France's 16-meaure fertility plan.
