A transman who fought to be recognised on his child's birth certificate as their father, has responded to the BBC's investigation into communications about egg freezing by fertility clinics, in the Guardian.
Freddy McConnell wrote in an opinion article that he had been given inaccurate advice that minimised the opportunity for fertility preservation during his transition, and he called on trans people and women to 'work together' to get 'better, more ethical and more affordable person-centred care' around fertility.
