All fertility patients, surrogates and intended parents who are having or who have had treatment in the last five years, are being asked to participate in the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA)'s National Patient Survey.
The survey will be used to inform the HFEA's work, and aims to explore patients' experiences, from consultations with their GP, through to fertility testing and accessing fertility treatment. The use of donor eggs, sperm, and embryos are covered.
Julia Chain, HFEA chair, said in a statement: 'If you are having fertility treatment of any sort in the UK, then we want to hear about your experiences.'
The HFEA survey is open from 2 September to 2 October 2024, to access it click here.
