Dr Maria Chiara Errigo is Assistant Professor and Research Fellow in Constitutional Law at the University of Parma - Department of Law, Politics and International Studies, as well as a member of the Centre for Bioethics in the same University. She has been a visiting scholar at the Centre for Neuroscience and Society at the University of Pennsylvania and she is a member of the Editorial Board for the Biolaw Journal review.
