Professor Sonia Suter is professor of law at the George Washington University Law School, the Kahan Family Research Professor, the Henry St George Tucker III Dean's research professor of law, and co-director of the Health Law and Policy Programme. She was a genetic counselor before attending law school. As a legal scholar she has written widely on issues concerning reproduction; assisted reproductive technologies; and the intersection of genetics, medicine, bioethics and law.
