ECHR: Italian surrogacy ban does not breach human rights

The European Convention on Human Rights has rejected a number of challenges from Italian same-sex and heterosexual couples against national restrictions against the recognition of children born abroad through surrogacy (see BioNews 1178), Reuters reported.
