In this series of short films, speakers from last years Progress Educational Trust event 'Known Unknowns: The Pros, Cons and Consequences of Known Donation' answer follow-up questions about 'known donor' arrangements in sperm and egg donation...

Last year, the Progress Educational Trust (PET) held an online event entitled 'Known Unknowns: The Pros, Cons and Consequences of Known Donation' (see BioNews 1068), which discussed 'known donor' arrangements in sperm and egg donation.

The event was very well attended, but there was insufficient time for the speakers to answer all of the questions that were put to them. Several of the speakers have therefore kindly agreed to answer additional questions in follow-up interviews, which can be viewed below.

(If you cannot see the interview films below, click here to view them.)

The 'Known Unknowns' event was produced by PET in partnership with the University of Manchester's Morgan Centre for Research into Everyday Lives. The event was also funded by UK Research and Innovation and the European Sperm Bank.
