Unique, a rare chromosome disorder support group, is aiming to survey anyone affected by rare chromosome and gene disorders.
They are conducting two surveys:
Survey One: For parents, carers, family members and people with a rare chromosome/gene disorder.
Survey Two: For professionals who work within the rare chromosome/gene disorder field.
Unique is aiming to understand the challenges faced by families affected by rare chromosome and gene disorders. They hope to use the information to plan and prioritise their focus and services.
Each survey takes 10-20 minutes to complete. Please share the appropriate survey with relevant people.
