Dr Christine Patch is an adviser to the Progress Educational Trust. She has been involved in clinical practice, policy and research as a genetic counsellor and nurse for many years. During that time holding senior positions in national and international professional societies and organisations concerned with human genetics, clinical practice and ethical, legal and psychosocial issues in genomics. She is currently principal staff scientist genomic counselling, Wellcome Connecting Science, Wellcome Genome Campus, Hinxton and Visiting Scholar, Kavli Centre for Ethics, Science and the Public, University of Cambridge.
