Senior Fertility Nurse Specialist
Francesca Steyn is a senior fertility nurse specialist with over 18 years' experience in the sector. She is the head of services, quality and compliance at Malebox Health Ltd, an at-home male fertility testing platform. She was previously the head of service and HFEA Person Responsible at Wales Fertility Institute, which is the only NHS Fertility service within Wales. She is the immediate past chair of the Royal College of Nursing’s Fertility Nursing Forum and the Wales representative for the British Fertility Society.
Francesca has worked in various busy London units in both the NHS and private sectors and has had the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills. She has presented her work internationally. She was awarded Surrogacy Professional of the Year in both 2018 and 2019 at the National Surrogacy Awards and was awarded the Royal College of Nursing Award of Merit in 2023.
