Grace Forsyth is a PhD student in Translational Medicine with Engagement for Impact at the University of Edinburgh. Grace previously obtained an BSc(Hons) in Reproductive Biology from the University of Edinburgh, and an MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Biology from Imperial College London. Her current work is focused on investigating ways to preserve fertility in children who have cancer. Specifically, Grace's research hopes to identify medicines that could be taken at same time as chemotherapy treatments that would protect the immature testis from the damaging effects of chemotherapy. Alongside this research, Grace is working on a public engagement project called 'Conversations about Cancer' as a part of her PhD programme.
