PET's director Sarah Norcross attended a conference 'Future Directions in Surrogacy Law' which was organised by Dr Kirsty Horsey, Zaina Mahmoud and Katherine Wade.
Sarah chaired the first session which featured presentations from Professor Nick Hopkins from the Law Commission of England and Wales and Professor Gillian Knight from the Scottish Law Commission.
During their presentation they promised that the much delayed report and draft bill to modernise surrogacy law would be published before Easter.
