As the UK Government announces its intention to extend gamete and embryo storage limits (see BioNews 1111), watch this short film by Athena Productions about the campaign that led to this announcement – the #ExtendTheLimit campaign led by the Progress Educational Trust (PET), the charity that publishes BioNews.
Interviewees featured in the film include Sarah Norcross (director of PET) and Baroness Ruth Deech, who recently asked the Government to introduce an immediate moratorium on the destruction of eggs that reach the ten-year limit before the law is changed.
