Over 7000 women have signed up for a state-subsidised egg-freezing regional pilot in Tokyo, Japan, despite officials originally forecasting 200 women would sign up for the scheme.
The scheme is open to all women, aged 18-39, and means they can claim ¥300,000 (£1594) toward the costs of egg-freezing, Time reports.
