A new survey – Perspectives on Surrogacy 2025 – is being conducted by Professor Kirsty Horsey from Loughborough University, in conjunction with SurrogacyUK's Working Group on Law Reform.
It aims to follow-up on an initial survey, conducted ten years ago, which led to the report Surrogacy in the UK: Myth Busting and Reform, which was influential in encouraging the Law Commissions' consultation on surrogacy law.
The survey seeks responses from past, current and future surrogates, parents through surrogacy (UK or overseas), intended parents, and anyone who works with surrogates and/or intended parents.
