Dr Brett Kagan is the Chief Scientific Officer at Cortical Labs, Melbourne, Australia, a biological computing start-up putting live neurons into chips to revolutionise computing and help usher in a new way to power intelligent systems. Dr Kagan previously obtained a Bachelors of Psychology with Honours from Bond University, Queensland, Australia, a Masters of Neuroscience from the University of Queensland, and a PhD focused on cell therapy for the neonatal brain, from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
