Dr Robin Hadley is an associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University and a research consultant. His field of interest concerns the impact of male childlessness across the life course and his research has challenged commonly held assumptions about men and reproduction, contributing to government committee inquiries into ageing, COVID-19 and the Office for National Statistics.. He is a trustee and founding member of the campaign group Ageing Without Children. His most recent book is, How is a Man Supposed to be a Man? Male Childlessness – a Life Course Disrupted.
