Following a debate earlier in November surrounding the reinstatement of state IVF funding in Poland, its Parliament passed a bill to restore funding (see BioNews 1217).
The bill still needs to be signed by President Andrzej Duda, a socially conservative Law and Justice party, which moved to remove state funding for IVF when it came to power in 2015 (see BioNews 831).
