Vaccine skeptics voice pregnancy and fertility worries in BBC2 documentary Unvaccinated

Mathematician Dr Hannah Fry attempted to convince a group of COVID-19 vaccine sceptics their fears were unfounded using statistics and facts, in a BBC2 documentary Unvaccinated which aired on 20 July 2022.

While she was unsuccessful in her bid to convince any of the unvaccinated participants to commit to being vaccinated against COVID-19, the show explored fears many of the participants had around their fertility being affected.

A pregnant woman taking part explored her own distrust in the medical establishment as a black person, and how this had led to her own vaccine scepticism as part of the documentary.
