Bailey Weatherbee is a developmental and stem cell biologist. She was awarded a Gates Cambridge studentship for her PhD at the University of Cambridge where she studied post-implantation human embryo development using donated human embryos and stem cell-based embryo models. She has recently completed her PhD and will be pursuing postdoctoral research focused on the molecular drivers of differentiation during gastrointestinal development at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Ohio.
