Lahiru Dayananda is a Volunteer at the Progress Educational Trust (PET), where he has helped to maintain and organise the archive of PET's free weekly email news digest, commentary service and website BioNews. He also works as a photographer at PET events and as a photographer of PET people. He studied Computer Science at the University of York, and he has worked in several different information technology (IT) roles including web development and programming, IT project management, information security and IT troubleshooting. He currently works as an IT Support Analyst for the email management company Mimecast.
